Dealing with returns

Shipments are occasionally returned. The reasons for this are diverse. Although we always try to avoid returns, also in cooperation with the carrier, it is unfortunately not always preventable. So it is important to deal with this as decisively as possible. The return products are scanned, the customer is informed that a shipment has been returned, the products are visually checked. If there is no damage to the packaging, the product will be returned to stock. If the packaging is damaged, action will follow after consultation with the customer.
